MY APPROACH
I believe that 80% of leadership is people related – influencing, collaborating, communicating, and listening, 20% is the actual work. Great leaders ensure there is a clear vision, are dynamic, passionate and lead by example. My coaching style reflects this belief. By coaching through the process of change, my mission is to help others to believe in themselves, trust their instincts, and overcome their challenges.
