MY EXPERIENCE
In over 30 years of business experience, I held several senior leadership roles within the Med Device industry. I was responsible for sales, sales leadership, commercial operations, strategy, training and physician education. I have experienced firsthand the challenges and triumphs that come with leading teams and driving success in a competitive business environment.
I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC, ACC), which is recognized as the most rigorous and respected coach training and certification in the industry. I am also certified in the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP)™ Assessments.
My Why
Building strong relationships has been pivotal in my success as a leader. I have discovered my greatest strength and passion is to listen with intentionality and an open mind and heart. I have used this ability to develop strong, trusting relationships and have seen how these relationships enable execution, innovation and strong business results.
